In the last few minutes, the Montreal Canadiens organization made an important announcement for young defenseman Justin Barron:
"The Canadiens have recalled defenseman Justin Barron from the Laval Rocket." - Montreal Canadiens
Great year-end news for young Barron!
Barron was indeed recalled this morning from the Rocket. In 25 games in the AHL this season, Barron had 16 points including 7 goals.
His contribution on the power play has been solid and this may be one of the reasons for his recall.
