In the last few minutes, we learned that young Montreal Canadiens forward Juraj Slafkovsky has been removed from the lineup and will not be in uniform tonight to face his friend Simon Nemec.
Check out the CH's complete lineup for tonight :
This is definitely a disappointment and bad news for the young Slafkovsky.
"Slafkovsky is not expected to play tonight. He kept saying last night that he had another opportunity to show up tomorrow (speaking of tonight). He was also really hoping to play his compatriot Simon Nemec. (It's not going to happen)" - Arpon Basu
This is certainly a disappointment for young Slafkovsky, who seemed really excited to face, and "challenge", Nemec. Review his hilarious statement from yesterday:
Finally, the Slovak duel will have to wait. Do you think the CH is doing the right thing by not sending Slafkovsky into the fray tonight?
