Since the end of the Montreal Canadiens' season, many players have returned home, others have taken a long and well-deserved vacation, but this is not the case for the two young forwards Cole Caufield and Nick Suzuki.
They have been giving a lot of their time over the past month to get involved in the community and make a difference in the lives of many fans.
This was once again the case this weekend.
As reporter Stu Cowan (The Montreal Gazette) reports, Caufield and Suzuki were on hand yesterday at a major fundraiser.
They represented the CH organization very well.
A STRONG ACT
This Sunday was indeed the 18th annual Sports celebrity breakfast, a beautiful event that raises money for the Cummings Jewish Center for Seniors, among other things.
As my colleague Keven Mawn reports, all 400 tickets sold out yesterday, and that's major for this beautiful and important cause.
A few alumni were also on hand, like Yvan Cournoyer, Frank Mahovlich and Pete Mahovlich.
Really a great day for them, with both kids Suzuki and Caufield (increasingly) becoming the faces of the Montreal Canadiens organization.
Hats off to them!
