History Has Been Made: Trevor Zegras and Connor Bedard Break an NHL Record

Saturday night, on the last night of activity in the NHL before the Christmas break, we witnessed a sort of historic moment.
We saw two "Michigan" goals in the same evening, thanks to Trevor Zegras and Connor Bedard.

Coming back to Zegras' goal, we've just learned a very interesting and surprising piece of information about his maneuver.
A Promise Made in an Interview with a Well-Known Journalist
During the warm-up period, before Saturday's game and a few minutes before scoring his Michigan goal, Trevor Zegras was in a pre-game interview with Ducks journalist Aly Lozoff.
She asked him if he could score a Michigan goal for her as a Christmas gift.
To this, Zegras promised that he would definitely try to give her that gift.
We know what happened next! Wow!
Trevor Zegras kept his promise, and not just by a little! How talented the young player is, to be able to predict such a thing and keep his word too!
