In the last few minutes, the Anaheim Ducks organization announced the signing of former Montreal Canadiens forward Zack Kassian.
Over the past year, Kassian was notably recognized for his impactful fight against the young Arber Xhekaj.
In short, Kassian has just landed a new job.
He has signed a professional tryout contract with the Anaheim Ducks.
Kassian, 32 years old, is a 6-foot-3, 215-pound forward. He was a 1st-round draft pick (13th overall) in 2009 by the Buffalo Sabres.
Last season, he collected 2 points in 51 games with the Arizona Coyotes (50 penalty minutes). Throughout his career, he has amassed 203 points in 661 games.
