You've probably heard about it in the last few hours, but the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, held a very strict and intense training session this morning.

It's rare to see that.

Clearly, he's not happy with the way his team is currently working and he wants to send a message.

In the press conference after the very intense session, the players had only good things to say, even after a training session that resembled punishment.


It's obvious that Martin has his locker room and the guys respect him a lot.
