The Montreal Canadiens made an announcement that didn't sit well with everyone

As you know, in the last few hours, the Montreal Canadiens made an unfortunate announcement regarding rookie defenseman Kaiden Guhle:

"Kaiden Guhle will miss at least eight weeks of activity due to a lower body injury." - Montreal Canadiens

In connection with the announcement, several fans and reporters criticized one specific item, which is not universally agreed upon.

The CH organization is talking about a wave of "lower body injury" here, and that's what some people didn't necessarily like:

"Guhle will miss a minimum of eight weeks. The club is content to talk about a lower body injury. No need to be transparent, the defender circulates in public with a brace on his left knee. The more it changes, the more it's the same with the CH" - Luc Gélinas, RDS

Are you also disappointed by this slight lack of transparency from the organization? We thought it was a light and interesting little debate to have.

Remember that in some other major leagues, like the NFL, teams disclose injuries with great precision.

For example, a player has suffered an ACL injury in his left knee and will miss 18 weeks of activity.

Do you think it should be the same in the NHL and with the Montreal Canadiens? Personally, it's not something we feel that strongly about, but it seems to be the case for some so we were curious to hear your opinion.
