Signing alert for big defenseman Kevin Bahl

In the last minutes, the New Jersey Devils announced the signing of big defenseman Kevin Bahl.

Bahl, 23 years old, is a 6-foot-6, 230-pound blue-liner who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2018 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes.

He has recorded 14 points in 66 career NHL games, including 8 points in 42 games last season with the New Jersey Devils.

He was traded from the Coyotes to the Devils in the Taylor Hall deal in December 2019.
