Patrick Roy finally back with the Montreal Canadiens?

It's the news of the day for the Montreal Canadiens and it's causing a lot of talk. Luke Richardson has been hired as head coach of the Chicago Blackhawks and therefore, he leaves Martin St-Louis and the Habs:

It's well deserved for Richardson and we are really happy for him, but on the other hand, he will have to be replaced in Montreal and it's a big hole to fill.

Since the news broke, the names of many potential replacements have been mentioned, including one you know well (which comes up a lot)

And yes, once again, many Tricolore fans are calling for Patrick Roy to return to the Canadiens. A position is opening up with the CH so let's get started! Speculations in this sense are starting again.

Notably, the page of "L'antichambre" has just placed him among their three potential candidates (with Francis Bouillon and Alain Nasreddine):

Interesting to read the comments from fans. In your opinion, could this time be (finally) the one?

Could the role of assistant coach, with Martin St-Louis, be the right one for Patrick Roy?

Personally, we believe that management will opt for a more experienced candidate, but it is true that a Roy/St-Louis duo could be explosive and spectacular. The question deserves to be asked.
