During his appearance on Tony Marinaro's podcast, former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg threw out a huge trade proposal involving Cole Caufield.

It involves Connor Bedard.

He would be willing to pay current Habs star Cole Caufield, in addition to the two first round picks held by the organization to acquire Connor Bedard.
