Injury Alert: the Canadiens announces bad news and two injured Montreal players are now being assessed daily

We received new information today regarding injuries at the Montreal Canadiens.

See the two affected players.

"Injuries:

Mike Matheson skated this morning. His condition is evaluated daily.

Jayden Struble has a minor lower-body injury. Daily assessment for him as well."

The head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, indeed announced that Struble has sustained an injury and he will be evaluated daily.

In 2019, he was a second-round pick and scored 12 points in 31 games during his last university season at Northeastern.

As for Matheson, he seems to be progressing well.
