Ethan Gauthier traded to the Canadiens? Special moment live on RDS as his father Denis reacts to a quite funny trade proposition

Last night on the airwaves of RDS, we experienced a special and humorous moment, as Gaston Therrien jokingly proposed a trade between the Montreal Canadiens and the Tampa Bay Lightning involving young Ethan Gauthier.

It made for a beautiful television moment especially because his father, Denis Gauthier, was there and he reacted live to this possibility.


And Gaston adds this:


Denis simply told him to "quit Twitter", which made us all laugh.

Gauthier is the 37th overall pick by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2023 draft, and he was selected with the choice that originally belonged to the Montreal Canadiens.
